Drew’s place was clean and exactly as pictured. Drew was a very responsive host and quickly resolved some small issues within a few hours of our arrival. Location is close to lots of stuff and easy to get to other areas of the cape. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.

The house was close to restaurants and beaches. Drew was very attentive to our needs and communicated well. The patio would benefit from upgrades to be able to spend more time outside.

Les appareils électroménagers sont neufs, le salon est confortable.
Beaucoup de lits, ce qui permet d'être plusieurs.
L'extérieur, patio est correct, sans plus. Si la température le permet, nous pouvons manger dehors, mais si la température est mauvaise, nous n'avons pas de table pour manger à l'intérieur, seulement le comptoir est accessible et cela n'est pas conviviale..
Qualité-prix, je donnerais 7 sur 10.

Drew’s place was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and the AC in every room was absolutely wonderful during a particularly hot week. There were ample towels, the kitchen was well appointed and there were even games to play on rainy days. It was close to great restaurants, beaches and pirates cove golf. One of our favorite parts was the spacious yard. After fun days at the beach, it was nice to relax on the deck or play ball with our kids. Additionally, Drew’s communication was great. He both was proactive but responsive. He emphasized that he and his team were available and happy to help which was reassuring. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Drew was an awesome host! Always helpful and the recommendations he gave us were great! The house was beautiful, our kids and family loved it! Especially the big garden they had for playing. We’ll definitely come back!

Lovely cottage which was plenty spacious for three couples on a two-night stay. The backyard is quite large, and the firepit is a big plus, although note that there is some road noise from the main road audible from the yard (but not from inside). The kitchen was also quite well stocked. Overall a wonderful stay!

Comfortable cottage with everything you need to enjoy the stay! We loved the large outdoor dining space with a fenced in yard and fire pit. Beach is about a mile away but we enjoyed walking there and a few nearby restaurants. Friendly, communicative host!

Clean, nicely appointed, great location driving distance to everything you need (beach, seafood, stores). We'd definitely rent here again!
We stayed here with 6 adults and two kids (it's cozy, but we fit). Drew was a great host, very easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout was a breeze. The back deck and yard is much larger than I expected, and we spent a great deal of time out there.
Worth noting for larger parties like ours that there is no real indoor dining area to seat as many as the house holds, but there is a folding table/chairs you can unfold out for meals (it's a bit cramped, but it works). Or you can sit some at the bar stools and some in the living room casually at the coffee table. In the nice weather though, just eat out on the deck! Thanks for a great stay, Drew!

This home was perfect for my family of 5 and dog. It was spotlessly clean, the deck and yard are perfect for hanging out and secure for dogs. Location was very central and just under a mile to the beach. We would certainly stay here again!

Pros: Short easy drive to beaches and restaurants. Big outdoor shower with great water pressure. Drew was a communicative and friendly host.
Cons: The front and back doors were difficult to lock.

Great stay. We had some minor issue with some basic items being in short supply (trash bags, toilet paper), but Drew was very responsive and followed up with the cleaning service to replenish them and reimbursing us the cost of supplies when that was not timely enough.
