My husband, two young kids and I truly enjoyed our stay at Drew’s place. The apartment was great with a cozy atmosphere and was well equipped with all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The location is perfect with easy access to the green T and with tons of parks, playgrounds and shopping close by. Drew was very responsive thoughout the whole process, both before arrival and during our stay, making it easy and reassuring. All in all, I give my warmest recommendations for this place and to Drew as a host.

Drew was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was squeaky clean. A few issues with the breaker to the kitchen initially being flipped and lack of bedding for all the beds, but Drew responded promptly and issues were solved within a few days of checkin. There was a fair amount of construction work going on nearby and neighbors moving out, but everyone was friendly. My 8-year old son ran around for a few minutes after getting picked up from school one day and the 2nd floor tenant/owner came to knock on the door to ask us to quiet down as she was on a call and had already informed ‘management’. Just to keep in mind if you have a young family. Ove4all. Wry positive and peaceful stay at Drew’s.

This renovated apartment offers a comfortable and modern stay with room for up to eight guests. The home was recently updated and features an open kitchen and living area designed for relaxing, cooking, and gathering.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the smaller bedroom has a trundle that’s perfect for kids.

The 3rd floor apartment includes one full bathroom and a half bath, which also has a washer and dryer for added convenience. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a drip coffee maker, a four-seat island, and a dining table for four. The living room has a 55-inch smart TV to log into your favorite streaming apps, and all bedrooms feature easy-clean synthetic fiber carpeting. Window AC units keep the space comfortable during warmer months. Guests also have access to two private tandem parking spaces along with two balconies that offer pleasant views and space to unwind.

Located close to Chestnut Hill Mass General, The Shops at Chestnut Hill, SuperLux Cinema, and many great dining options. Chestnut Hill offers spots like Bianca with wood-grilled dishes and pizzas, The Capital Grille for an upscale steakhouse experience, and Legal Sea Foods for classic New England seafood. The property is also about a 10-minute drive from Boston’s Back Bay and the Prudential Center, giving you quick access to the city while staying in a quieter neighborhood.

Other things to note:
-This unit is on the third floor and has approximately 24 stairs to access the unit
- Window air conditioning to keep you cool all summer
