Perfect spot for a family with young kids. We had

This homes prime location was ideal for our Cape Cod
This homes prime location was ideal for our Cape Cod adventures. Set on a tiny, quiet, dead end street we were able to enjoy beautiful walks to restaurants and stores. It was a short distance away from parks, the bay, and Nauset light. Inside was very clean and comfortable. It almost has a cabin like feel to it which made for a cozy stay. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of seating. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We did not use the wood stove but it’s an added bonus. Overall I would highly recommended this house and hope to be back next year!

Outstanding fall vacation!
Frond door lock not working well. Needs a locksmith to check it out. However, this was very minor. Excellent vacation house. Will definitely return!

Wonderful home, great location and excellent hosts
We spent 4 days here and loved it. The home is very comfortable and a great location. The beds are very comfortable and the hosts have thought of all the little extras like a fire pit, outdoor chairs and a deck. Loved having the 2 bathrooms one on each floor so when upstairs at night didn’t have to come downstairs. The hosts were great with communication and offered us an extra night at a discount which we happily took advantage of. They gave us recommendations of places to eat, all of which were excellent. There is a wonderful little cafe at the end of the lane called The Peacemaker that has excellent breakfasts and lunches. Definitely check out the Brewster General store, it is a step back in time, and don’t forget to stop by JT’s for ice cream.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed this property. Lots of large rooms to spread out and nice light from skylights and sun room. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and feel at home. Close to everything in Brewster and lovely yard for relaxing.
Quiet Brewster Location
We had a great stay. Central location, very quiet street. The property is just as listed with one added highlight - the back deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. It was impossible to know which info was correct.

Brewster flats was a unique experience— low tide goes out a mile and you can walk that far out! Drew was very responsive to questions and even sent a repair person within 24 hours to replace a damaged cord on the outdoor bbq grill.

Most places on the Cape require you to bring towels and incidentals (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, kitchen oil, kitchen spices, etc..). Drew stocks all of these items, which allows you to focus on vacation and not shopping for little items that you forgot to bring.

This property was so thoughtfully appointed and welcoming with artistic flair and whimsical touches at every turn. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and awoke well rested. This property was such an unexpected delight. Located in walking distance to 5 star unique restaurants, thrift stores, and the (locally) famous Brewster General Store. Yet, it is tucked away on a private dead end street and feels miles away from everything. Birds, squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks, and frogs frolicking all around in the natural landscape. It's hard not to be contemplative and just breathe. Easy bike to many amazing beaches means you don't have to hassle with beach passes. The house was clean and quaint, with an uncomplicated elegance and just so pleasant. The owners had anticipated our every need, which allowed us to enjoy every moment. Tip for future guests, it's a delight to be able to order ahead and have groceries delivered from Shaw's without facing the seasonal lines or breaking the bank. We have long loved Brewster, but in this house we made memories that will last a lifetime 💓

It’s hard to put into words how beautiful and charming this place was to stay. The perfect cape cod house. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and details of the house and yard. Incredible hosting, spotlessly clean, fantastic area. It was a stressful time for our family as my dog was ill, but we had the most beautiful, serene place to stay during it which meant so much to us. And truly remarkable price for the size, location, and charm. Felt like a fantastic deal. Thanks to the family for making such a special charming place, and our great hosts for making us feel at home while we stayed. Highly, fully recommend.

The house is near the end of a dead end road, so felt very safe and secluded, but at the same time very close (within waking distance) to lots of cute shops and restaurants. Also walkable to the beach! We had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

We loved staying here! My kids had a blast in the yard on the swings and scoping out all the cool sculptures. The inside was big enough to comfortably fit my family of five and my husband was able to get work done in the office. Do keep in mind that this home is humble and has been in the family for a long time, so if you are looking for a fresh, modern, newly renovated home this will not suit you. But the yard has lots of character, everything we needed inside and an outdoor shower which was lovely.

The layout of this place is perfect for traveling with family - a big space to come together and ample bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cookware, and a gas stove made cooking nice and easy. This was my first stay in Brewster and the family loved the nearby beaches and food spots. Highly recommend this spot.
Brewster home
We loved this home in Brewster. Very spacious, all the cooking items needed. AC in every bedroom, out door grill, tables great for sitting and eating. Comfortable living room. Close to Resturant, walking distance to beach, bike rental and fish market. I would definitely stay here again.

Window unit A/C units worked great in bedrooms. Cool and comfy sleep.
No A/C in living room and kitchen. Heatwave made it a bit uncomfortable in those rooms but able to retreat to bedrooms.

Drew is an excellent host providing a relaxing atmosphere for this wonderful home. The location is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee on the quite porch away from it all while still being within walking distance of a couple of great restaurants. My family of three had a wonderful stay at this charming saltbox on the Cape. The layout is comfortable, indoors and out. It has both privacy and proximity. We were able to keep to ourselves (Covid) yet were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops when needed. Brewster itself was a treat with lots of beautiful beaches, parks, and trails to explore.
