We had a great stay at Lucas’s! It was so spacious and bigger than the pictures led on; what a cool and fun townhouse. The location couldn’t have been better - legit a minute to the Green Line, and also shops and restaurants along the rail! We loved the book selections at the house and the beds and linens were super comfy! We also loved cooking in the kitchen, and between the four of us, we had plenty of space to gather for meals and also sprawl out. Excellent time had by all!

Lucas’ place was perfect for my family. there was plenty
Lucas' place was perfect for my family. there was plenty of space to hang out and sleep. Every room was comfortable and as it was listed as it was described and shown. We were in Boston to visit family for an unfortunate medical emergency. It was a short ride to the hospital and very close to our niece who is at Boston University. It is also close to Fenway Park. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants very close by to suit our needs. There is even an H Mart whose back door you can see from the kitchen windows so we could easily grab a few basics for the house. I will say, the parking is tricky but that is specified clearly in the directions so you know what to expect. Honestly though since you're right across the street from the T in the heart of the city you really don't need a car. We would gladly stay here again and hope to in the future for happier reasons.

Our family had a great time and fit our family of 6 perfectly. Everyone had their own bed. It has a parking space and was very convenient since we had a car. It’s near restaurants that we liked and a 2 minute walk to the T. Would stay here again.

Super nice having the grocery store right next door and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The actual condo was perfect. Spacious and clean. Plenty of room to spread out. We slept better in this place than we’ve ever slept anywhere, including my own house!

This is a great space, we had a group of 8 and it was perfect. Everyone had enough space and the rooms were great. The pictures do not do justice to how spacious the home feels. The rooftop deck was barely used because the kitchen was a great place to gather everyone around. Lucas and drew were gracious and quick to respond.

Overall the location was as advertised and up to expectation! With several floors there was plenty of room for all of the guests to sleep and a large living room/kitchen to hang out. The T station was close so even with spotty weather we were able to get everywhere with ease. Would highly recommend!

The check-in instructions were clear and Lucas even included a helpful guide to the home & the neighborhood. The home itself is beautiful and the location - so close to the green line - made for easy transportation to the convention center. Overall the space was clean and as described. This was perfect for our large group! We would gladly stay here again.

The place is very beautiful and a great experience to stay at. If the price is right-as it was when I booked-it’s a great place to stay. However one should be aware it isn’t totally finished. A few lights and switches don’t work and there are closets with a bunch of hanging wires behind light switches where you can see there’s construction. The Wi-fi router isn’t capable of reaching all rooms and is just piled on the floor by the kitchen table, and there are some areas with significant water damage. So to really charge a premium for this property those things need to be fixed, imo, yet despite those it is really nice to stay in an large old property like this. We did have a problem with batteries-door lock didn’t work and we had to wait a couple hours, then the remotes weren’t working and turned out no batteries either. So, that was frustrating, but the place was still wonderful, just needed some closer attention to detail.

The place…i cannot stop to rave about it. Best airbnb we have stayed at. My adult kids loved the place. It is very spacious and clean. I super love the design of the place. Kitchen is complete with all things you need. Even if the place is at the back of a main road, we never heard much noise. We all slept soundly. We will definitely go back!

Beautiful and comfortable space for our whole family as we
Beautiful and comfortable space for our whole family as we said farewell to a precious family member at the local hospital. Only hang up was having only one parking space as we had several cars. Lucas was super helpful with providing information about additional parking in the area. Not to be unexpected for the area, just had to get acquainted with walking and a few extra loops around the block.

Stayed here leading into Marathon Monday. I chose this place because of the proximity to the marathon course, and because it could accommodate my cheering section - dad, sister, nephews, husband and dog.
The house is on an alley behind a FORMER Whole Foods. The Whole Foods has since closed. The side street feeds onto a road that is on the Boston Marathon course around mile 24. Great for spectators who may not want to or know how to traverse the city on Marathon Monday.

Great location for a business related travel with a group of three. We conducted a two day workshop with a few local colleagues in the open kitchen/ living room … it worked amazingly well, as we even did some informal breakout session kitchen block vs dinner table vs couch..

The only thing that was a little tough was turning on the tv and getting to work (ie volume control, channels, or clicking on steaming platforms) .

I especially appreciate how accommodating Lucas was for me and my kids — I booked this very last minute and he responded quickly, after midnight no less, and with great care. It’s a fantastic space — exactly like the photos, but the feel inside is even better (the jet tub was an experience! My daughter called it an indoor pool!). Check in was a breeze and we immediately felt at home. The location is tucked away behind some of our favorite spots in Brookline, walking distance to one of the best restaurants I hadn’t been to in years which was such a treat. Anyone looking to be in the heart of the city but have privacy should book this place! We hope to be back soon! Beyond thrilled with our entire stay; thank you, Lucas!

Very unique and cool place to stay in, great central location. Some notes: the morning delivery sound is real in 1 bedroom (the one with 1 beds), but the 2 other bedrooms are *very* quiet. Be really careful about parking - if someone else improperly parks in the designated spot, you’ll have to park on another street until they move. Bring body soap for the showers - it was not provided during our visit.

Walking distance to Fenway Park. 15-20 min uber rides to the city/ south end/ and Quincy market. Lucas is great. The photos don’t do the place justice, the cleanliness was top notch, the location was perfect, and the communication during our stay was above and beyond (in the best way). Great location. We had a ten person family gathering ages 5 to 85 for four nights. It provided the common space to gather and individual space to relax. Whole Foods is almost next to it, plus great bakery and restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance. Museums are nearby so as kayaking and beach swimming. Just be careful with parking rules of Brookline if you are not familiar with it and if you are coming over with one than one vehicle, lol. We will definitely return next time in Brookline.

The location of the house is perfect for walking around to restaurants, shops, bars. Fenway is also easily walkable from the house. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. You will also get a parking spot right infront of the house which is very convenient. Our group went to Bar’Cino for dinner one night which was delicious (located in front of the house next to the Whole Foods) we were able to walk to a spin class as the handle bar, and so many more things. The house was great, it slept the 11 of us comfortably with plenty of towels and sheets. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful space with lots of room for everyone. The location in the middle of the city was just what we needed. The commercial location can be noisy but if you came to stay in the city that is expected. The proximity of the whole foods turned out to be a huge plus as we often found we needed this or that and it was right there. We also enjoyed some of the restaurants in the neighborhood. My family came for the Boston University Graduation. We were 8 adults and enjoyed the public and private spaces in the house. We came from the airport and train station and found this location to be easy get to from both. We had just 1 car so parking was no problem and we rarely used the car. We walked and used city-bikes to get around which was great fun. We were unable to attend the graduation ceremony in person but all fit onto the big couch and watched it steaming live on the smart TV. We were so thankful for such a great, convenient, spacious place where we could all stay under one roof.

Only complaint is the AC would turn off in the middle of the night so we all woke up hot. Other then that it was a beautiful place and a great weekend!

The Brookline House is far beyond expectations! The pics don’t even do it justice the house is massive absolutely perfect for group traveling to Boston. The house is modestly deceiving from the outside once inside it just keeps going! The rooftop deck is glorious and it just so happened to be in the 60’s when we arrived so enjoying the sun drenched rooftop deck was perfect! There are extra roll out cots in the closest which we didn’t use but was great to know we also had as an option. Will for sure be staying here every year!

The apartment/home was outstanding. Great location. Very clean. Really interesting architecture. All three of us agreed it was a smart decision and a place we would definitely go back to again the next time we were in town. If you’re visiting the Boston area, this is an perfect place to stay (for business or pleasure). It’s a skip and a hop to the T, Whole Foods, and delicious restaurants (Mei Mei’s is a must). We could also just walk into Kenmore Square for more fun and deliciousness.
The bedroom with the two queen sized beds can get super noisy in the morning as it faces the back of a Whole Foods and the delivery trucks are not exactly ninja-like. In addition, it doesn’t block light out very well - so if you have light sleepers, probably not best to put them there.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 6 of us (myself, my wife, daughters aged 18, 15, 12 and the boyfriend of our 18 year old) and the place was well sized for us. The parking space was great, as was the Whole Foods next door. It was only a few minutes from downtown and a quick walk to Fenway. It was very clean and just as advertised. We only needed it for a quick trip but it would be perfect for a longer stay.

Then we walked to a game at Fenway, or we walked to a car show on the lawn of the oldest car museum in the country, or jump on the train and be downtown in no time. The home has Wonderful mix of old world charm and modern design. Made us feel comfortable as soon as you enter. Different levels give guests their own space and lounge areas. The open floor plan upstairs provided a great place to have breakfast and plan our day as a group. The cherry on top is the rooftop deck with bbq grill. With shade from trees, it makes for a great place to start or end the day. This trip was with childhood buddies but Hope to be back soon with my family.

Our only disappointment was that we could not have a nice chill moment on the roof terrace because it was raining a lot, otherwise we would surely have got some nice steaks and cooked on the BBQ. Really, I can't say anything bad about this place, and neither could the other colleagues that were with me. Thanks so much to Drew for being quick to respond to our questions since we had to rent this place on a very short notice.

This place was great. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was centrally located and we were able to use Lyft or Uber to get to downtown quickly. Lots of sleeping space and areas for hanging out. Would love to come back when the weather is better so that we can use the rooftop deck, which looked awesome.

The place is located in an alley behind a grocery store which received an early morning delivery that was very noisy and woke up all of my guests, but that is completely outside the hosts control.
There were many restaurants and shopping within close walking distance. It was also centrally located to many other Boston attractions with a short Uber ride.

The home itself is beautiful and it's location a block a way from the T made going into the city very convenient. There is also a space for one car which is a huge plus in a city like Boston. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was clean. Lucas was very responsive during the booking process and also provided a helpful list of neighborhood restaurants and attractions. There were also detailed instructions on using the television and sound bar. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Beautiful home with roof deck in a great location!

Stayed here for an extended weekend with myself and six other friends. More than enough space for all of us. The place was clean, large, really beautiful on the inside as well as a good location in Boston. Walking distance from the agganis arena and public transportation, had all the amenities we would have expected and then some. This is my first time using air bnb and I'm glad I went with this place because it was just perfect I don't know how else to put it. Well priced and the host was helpful with our stupid questions about parking in the area. Would definitely recommend

Lucas’s home in Brookline is a hidden gem in a wonderful city. All of the guests could not believe how beautiful and spacious the interior is. The flat is tastefully appointed with modern, yet cozy furniture and decor. It’s location is ideal and close to public transit. The host was very accommodating and always quick to respond to questions. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you get the chance to stay in Boston, book this place!

This place is every bit of how it is described and even better than the pictures you see in the listing. The home has multiple levels with rooms on each floor to provide adequate space when families are sharing a place. The location is great. We walked to Fenway Park for a Red Sox game and found many places to eat nearby. The place was very clean and nicely updated. Owner was very responsive to us all the way through our stay. Deck on roof is a fun quiet space to have drinks on. When we return to Boston I will be looking to stay here again. I definitely recommend this place...hands down a great place!!!
